Bowling Club Set Fair For 2018 Season
St Asaph City bowling club are now gearing up for the 2018 bowling season. Extensive green repairs have already begun after the damage incurred during a difficult growing season and the subsequent flood defence building work.
A new green entrance will be carved out opposite the public toilets and a purpose built shelter will be in-situ adjacent to the new stone wall along the west side of the green.
The club will be pleased to welcome any new members aged between 12 and 75 years of age. New or former bowlers wishing to join should please contact Peter Hayes on 01745 361084 in the first instance for further information.
Any local business interested in taking up our remaining advertising slots, which are very prominent and competitively priced should also contact Mr Hayes.

Will Wins Award
St. Asaph Cricket Club 1st X1 Captain, William Ryan, has been awarded the North Wales League Premier Division batting trophy for the 2017 season.
In his first season as Captain of St Asaph 1st X1 Will guided his team to third place in the NWCL Premier League.
He was a major influence in gaining valuable runs in key games throughout the season which resulted in an average of 45 and a best knock of 117.
His leadership skills and ability to analyse the game have been a great asset to the side.
No playerfrom the club has ever won the Premier League batting award and the club are very proud of his achievement having been a product of their junior cricket section
Will received his award from Geoff Miller ex England test player and ex chairmanof selection for the England test team, at the League Dinner held at the Kinmel & Kinspa Hotel, Abergele.
